Our team of agronomists and economists was commissioned to develop the full economic model for a new corn-based food processing venture. Our work covered the complete system: on-farm production, processing factory operations, sales and marketing pathways, and the financial architecture required for scale. We built an integrated model with long-term forecasts, NPV, payback, ROI, and scenario testing across the soft commodity and complementary food ingredients.
