We provided specialist MSD leadership to the design of the Laos–Australia Agriculture Resilience Initiative (LAARI), ensuring that market systems development was fully integrated across the program architecture, from the climate and situational analysis to the Theory of Change, Program Logic, MEL framework, and resourcing model. Our team led core consultations in Laos, shaped the climate and GEDSI integration, and aligned the overall design with Australian aid policy and Laos’ national priorities.

The result was a clear, coherent, and implementation-ready program design that provided government and DFAT with a decision-ready document.
