A client was trying to fix a gap for Outcome 4 technical lead role but there was a need for building up the capacity of internal potential candidates especially around Market System thinking, strategic thinking and program design development as well as interpersonal skills.
Asper Consulting designed a blended coaching, training and mentoring program which aimed to develop/strengthen individuals both on the professional and personal front by unleashing their potential as well as providing guidance and practical tools for AFDA project.
The program includes strategy development, quantitative and qualitative analysis, inclusive market system thinking, strategic and critical thinking and tools and competencies for continuous development in terms of optimizing outcomes, results, performance, and training on handling stress which provided really good techniques in dealing and controlling challenges and work quality.
The client has seen a continuous improvement on these two candidates not only in their professional skills but also in terms of their interpersonal skills which are practical and applicable to the project in various ways such as strategic inputs and using the market system thinking to improve the implementation and design of the project and sharing back their knowledge and experiences within the program.
