Asper was selected by ILO to (i) synthesise information on status of and needs for policy development to support Business Development Services (BDS) for Myanmar’s SME sector; (ii) review and identify policy-relevant project results that potentially contribute to improving SME policies; (iii) develop and produce a series of project-derived policy briefs as communication support tools, and (iv) guide project team and partners in formulating and launching a policy engagement strategy. The assignment covers four key tasks:
- Policy analysis
- Scoping of policy-relevant project results
- Develop and produce policy briefs in English and local language
- Support policy engagement strategy
