The purpose of the expert panel is to provide rapid, responsive business analysis, expertise and other services to contribute to the IPSP program. Asper’s experts can be required for both components of the IPSP– for the Business Engagement Support Unit (BESU)– responding to Help Desk requests and supporting its learning functions, for Business Partnerships Platform (BPF)– providing direct support to partners to design and implement shared value/ inclusive business models.
