Since our inception, Asper Consulting Ltd. has successfully completed over 100 projects and established numerous private-public-community partnerships. ACDI/VOCA was trying to fix a gap for Outcome 4 technical lead role but there was a need for building up the capacity of internal potential candidates especially around Market System thinking, strategic thinking, and program design development as well as interpersonal skills. Asper Consulting designed a blended coaching, training, and mentoring program which aimed to develop/strengthen individuals both on the professional and personal front by unleashing their potential as well as providing guidance and practical tools for AFDA project.
